Andrew S. Alitowski

Andrew S. Alitowski specializes in personal injury, labor law/employment matters and overtime cases.

As a former prosecutor in Broward County, Florida, Mr. Alitowski has tried over 50 cases consisting of juvenile and felony cases. He has tried over 30 civil cases as well. In addition to these cases, Mr. Alitowski has handled well over a 1,000 cases during his career and many of those have resolved for substantial recoveries

He is admitted to practice in Florida, New York and Kentucky. He is also admitted to practice in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
